Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Deliveries in the Bay of Plenty Region will be made Monday to Friday. If you place your order Monday to Thursday, your delivery will be made the following day. If you place your order Friday to Sunday, delivery will be on Monday.

Deliveries for the rest of New Zealand will be made ASAP, you can contact the store to find out the status of your delivery.

Due to the nature of Organic foods, some products may not be available all the time, but our customer service team will advise you of any products which are out of stock.

We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. 

At present we do not offer a chilled/frozen delivery service. We will do our best to pack your chilled and frozen goods with ice packs and paper but we cannot guarantee your items will not defrost during transit. Ordering chilled and frozen items is done at the customers own risk. We do not offer returns on items that are defrosted or too warm on arrival.

Returns

We do accept returns, please check our Returns Policy to check guidelines.

Pick up in store

Orders placed for 'Pick up in store' will be available the next business day.  You will receive an e-mail or text confirmation when your order is ready to be picked up. 

* Please note that we are not open on Sunday.
